- Employee Perspective:
Here, employees will work with their self-reviews
and, at the appropriate moment in the process, their performance review, allowing for capture of comments and a digital signature.
Their viewing options are limited to a non-managerial (no direct reports) role.

- Direct Manager Perspective:
Shows the navigation tree for a manager having
direct reports. Managers will see their own performance review from the employee perspective, PLUS the reviews for their direct reports.

- Indirect Manager Perspective:
This shows the navigation tree for an indirect manager, which shows 3 levels:
- their performance review from the employee perspective,
- their direct reports from the direct manager perspective,
- PLUS a list of manager’s reporting up to them (indirect reports).
Indirect managers may use the navigation
tree to drill down to any level within their reporting structure, allowing them to view completed performance reviews as well as performance review status.
