TMS has been in development since 2004, and the first generation of the technology is implemented at seven major US corporations. References are
available on request. In 2008 we re-architected the application and embrace a new generation of user interface technology
Our new Form builder improves the administration and end-user experience in two
ways:
- It allows non-programmers to easily define and manage the core of the application which is the Performance Review document.
- It offers a richer user interface to the end-user by showing the Performance
Review as a tree structure and allowing direct editing of child objects like goals and accomplishments.
The Windows-based Administration tool and the underlying database model are
largely unchanged from the versions used in production.
Having spent several years deploying Performance Review systems, we believe our
new look and feel captures the right balance of form and function. It’s easy to understand and just as easy to manage. What’s more, the zero $ license offer
makes this an enticing application during these tough economic times.
