using the desktop-based Administration Tool. Access to the administration tool is limited to admin users only.

- Start, restart and stop
- Reject and Accept steps
- Define Job Competencies
- Manage Performance reviews
- Add, Edit, Delete, Export, Copy, Link to workflow
- Export data to HRIS
