ACT!Tapi.Net enables you to take
incoming calls, make outgoing calls and record them
immediately in ACT!.
Highlights
- Popup
The popup window can be freely placed on your screen and
configured for your convenience. Only once you click on
the popup window is a call placed or an incoming call
accepted.
- Phone Numbers
All call numbers contained in the database are
displayed. Fax and modem numbers can be suppressed.
- Open Tasks
All telephone appointments for the current day are
displayed and can be dealt with in turn. The tasks can
then automatically be designated as accomplished.
- Return to Previous Tasks
If you are currently working on a contact and a call
comes in, you can switch to the caller within ACT!.
After the call, you can return to the previous contact.
- Setting up a Contact
If you are called by someone whose number is not in the
database, you can immediately create a contact, enter
the call number, and make a note of the call and a
possible date for calling back.
- Copying
You can add call numbers into an already-existing
contact.
- Choice of Fields
You can choose the fields to be displayed.
